I am back once again. I am determined this time to work my plan. Needing to lose a lot of weight some days seems overwhelming to me an d I need encouragement from others. I suffer with fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, and osteo-arthritis. I went for blood work last week, and my blood sugar was 136. So unless I want to end up on insulin, I need to make it my full time job to do this thing. So I hope to be an inspiration to someone, and I am certain their are many who will inspire me.
