Welcome! I think you'll love it here :) I think you should focus on tracking your nutrition and workouts, and once you have that down, you can branch out- the message boards are good for broad input, but my favorite resource are sparkteams- I think they can be a really great source for motivation and support. Hello everyone, my name is Iesha. I am 23 years old and I am way overweight. I have being big majority of my life, so weight loss has never been something that I can get with. However, I am at the point were change is necessary and I want to be healthier. It is my hope that by being a member of Sparkpeople, I will be able to continue this journey successfully.
