The Salsa Chicken is the first SP recipe I made. I loved it and it was so easy. I need to make it again soon, thanks for reminding me of this recipe.

love it! i use white corn and black bean salsa and nonfat greek yogurt instead of sour cream!

I am in the process of eating the leftovers. I am confused about the calories... I used the recipe in the Sparkpeople cookbook and it says serving size 1 cup with 1/2 cup brown rice, is the rice included in the calories?

My family and I love the salsa chicken as well. I add 2 cans of black beans and 1 cup of roasted corn to the recipe. Then I stir fry a whole package of frozen bell peppers in nothing but cooking spray and serve it with the salsa chicken. Yum!
