I am not going to say that stuffing is the best carrier, but I have tried these recipes before. They had a swap sheet once in a craft magazine showing how you could make these with tuna, canned salmon, canned crab, shrimp, etc. They were good. I always tend to double the veggies and add an egg to help it bind.
