1 small garlic clove
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP vinegar (any kind is yummy)
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp mustard
Black pepper to taste

Mince garlic then smash clove with a bit of salt to create almost a paste. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. I find this has a LOT of flavor so on a salad for one, I only add 1 tsp. Stores in the fridge for about a week. I love this dressing... mmmmm

Try this interesting combo:
Take a 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp coarse mustard
1 tsp black pepper

grind it all up in food processor until smooth & creamy. Add more oil & mustard to your taste. This will be a bit spicey and tasty dressing/dipping sauce - and really good base for veggie wraps too.

Mustard and honey work well together - I don't have a recipe but if you google it you might find something suitable.
