Strength Training is the best for shaping up so if you aren't involved in that give it a try. Through a combination of strength training, aerobic training, and eating clean I've managed to lose and keep of 95 lbs. If I can do it, there is no reason that you can't!

I'm about 5 months post shoulder surgery. I get that recovery is tough and it takes a toll on your body. That doesn't give you permission to quit or stop trying to get better. You can do it!

Check out some of the success stories on this site. There are so many who have made that achievement. You can do it!

Hang in there....use this point as a beginning to get back on board. Unfortunately we can't rewrite was has already been done, but the great thing is, we are in full control of what happens from here on out.

We went hot tubbing with our neighbors last night and I have a horrible body image of myself especially after my knee surgery since I haven't done alot of exercise and I have gained 15-20 lbs. I always gain on my butt/thighs and when I looked down in my bathing suit it looked horrible....very flabby, etc. I need encouragement that if I work at it that my flabby (cottage cheese) will go away and smooth out....
