Ugh...sounds like time for a better group of friends. :( :( Sorry that you are having a down day. And wow! Just noticed you have lost 90 pounds. Had to come back and edit to commend you for such a remarkable achievement.
Keep going. Forgive others because they often don't understand how hard it is to deal with slow weight loss, but know that people who are 105# really do have to work at staying slim since even a 15# gain for someone that size shows up fast. I've really been doing a lot of reading about weight loss and I'm sure it is true that one of our problems is we don't get enough vitamins and minerals. I started taking two Flintstones Chewable since they absorb well. I also bought some Celtic Sea Salt at the Health Food Store and I added 1 tsp to a gallon of pure water. I know with the hot weather I'm probably not getting enough salt and I don't want to drink gatorade because of all the sugar.
I am down 17 pounds since I started 4/30/14. I am having a bad weekend due to friends who do not understand what I am going through. I am so sick of them saying we hating our body too. Yeah I wish I was 105 pound, too. Also last night while we were lighting ur sparklers I felt I was back at high school and I didn't fit in.
