Thank-you everyone - what a wonderful way to start my day. It is so encouraging to know that people really care and understand my challenges. You all have put a smile on my face. When I am frustrated I just revisit this message board and get the inspiration and motivation I need. It is great to know that many of you went through similar things and have seen the light at the end of the tunnels. You are all my champions and you all have helped hold me up!!
It is working and I am getting back on track, one day at a time - THANK-YOU for being there when I need a hand.

I was feeling like that too the past few weeks. I started doing 15 more minutes of cardio a day and doing a better job of tracking my food and finally broke through my plateau. Get back to tracking your food and dont give up hope!! The scale will start moving again eventually.
I feel stuck too. I lost 14 pounds earlier this summer on WW, but now I can't seem to get it moving again! Let's hang in there and work together, and it should dwork if we work it!!

I agree with what the people say here , keep tracking what you eat and the exercise and try to weight in once a month. Your body is adjusting to the new situation , give it time and don´t leave any kind of food out (that´s only a temporary solution )
Have u tried the ATKINS Diet? I know that I can't lose unless I cut sugars/starches out of my diet as they spike my INSULIN and then I'm hungry and have cravings, since my stomach pumps out GHERLIN, the hunger hormone. So I just have to stay away from all that stuff.
Read Gary Taubes' "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT." I got it at the library.

If you have left off tracking your food, then I would recommend doing it religiously. I find that when I do not track, I do not lose. I haven't lost for a few weeks, and today I started back to tracking my food. Good luck...you can do it.

I, too, am sort of stuck. I've been going back and forth a few pounds over the past 6 weeks or so. I've added a few new things to my workouts and hope that will get something going. I found a pedometer + pulse monitor so I can try to increase my daily steps.
Keep up the fighter attitude and never give up.
I'm hoping to get my husband to start with the exercise and maybe that will help out.
I am stuck - I have hit a plateau and don't seem able to break free. I been told I have to increase my exercise and I know that in theory but I am STUCK and can't seem to get moving forward.
Also I have gained 4lbs and starting eating again without really tracking. I know what I need to do and I have done it before. I am not giving up and I refuse to use excuses. Just need to put that out there and scream -HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
