I watch portion sizes, plan ahead, work a snack into my daily nutrition plan, and track nutrition and exercise for accountability every day. It has become a habit that is a part of every day.
I can easily do that. That is why I plan ahead what I will eat, how much I will eat and even what times I will be eating.

You are talking about yourself? As for others ... finding out WHY one is doing these kind of things are most important or else one is just working with the symptoms. I know from hard experience. The WHY must be sorted out first and then the HOW (diet, water, sleep, exercise, meditation, visualisation etc.) will follow and one WILL succeed.
