EVEN THOUGH IM SLOWING GETTING OVER A COLD IM PROUD TO SAY I KEPT EATING HEALTHY.WHEN I BECAME HUNGRY I WANTED SOMETHING QUICK TO EAT AND FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MIND WAS JUNK FOOD ,BUT THAT THOUGHT CAME TO MY HEAD AND SAID " YOU CAME THIS FAR TO MESS UP? " I THINK NOT AND I WILL NOT GIVE IN TO ANY JUNK!!! THAT WAS A POSITIVE MOMOMENT FOR ME AND I JUST CONTINUE TO SNACK ON FRUITS AND VEGGIES. THOSE WERE ALSO QUICK FOODS TO EAT AND MOST OF ALL HEALTHY THANKS SPARKPEOPLE AND FRIENDS
