HI !!! In my lifetime I hope I can get SOMEONE that I have made a difference in THEIR LIFE. it will be worth it. We are put on this earth for a reason. I hope to MOTIVATE EVERYONE AT SPARKPEOPLE.

Woke up at 2 am again. This is not like me. Usually 1:30 am . OH WELL !!!Had my grand-daughter for a few hours. She is ( special needs ) and she is going to graduate on ajune 4th. SO PROUD OF HER. Well the subject at hand. Started exercising at 3:11 am, finished at 4:29 am started walking at 4:33 am and just finished. Did 10,252 steps. And that is a workout. EVERYBODY HAVE A GREAT DAY AND LET'S DO IT !!! emoticon
