WE have similiar usernames and that is motivating alone. I read some on your spark page and I also had a trigyceride issue but it's down alot now. I never even knew what that was until blood work showed mine at over 600. I was on low (very low) saturated fat diet. It takes a long time and the fear factor worked on me as well. Sometimes people read and don't have time to respond.I can say that it's the case with me sometimes. Congradulations on overcoming heart problems and the trigycerides, sometimes it's really an accomplishment to not give in and even greater to pursue a better fitter lifestyle
