I am a WW dropout
I lost 20lbs with WW but then just stalled, my trainer suggested I try calorie counting instead. I was using MFP but did not feel I was really getting enough out of it. Just been using SP for a few days but so far I am very pleased with the site.
I am trying to concentrate on upping my protein and eating "real" food as much as possible.
