In my yo-yo dieting experience: 10# can be just as difficult as 100#!

Sorry, I didn't want to mislead you. I think Coach Dean may have been the only one that was 300+, but that does not mean that we don't know what it is like to try to lose weight and to maintain it.

Thanks Coach Denise, it's great to know you weighed 300+ lbs at one time and are now fit.

Dean is one of our staff who has a weight loss success story to share. I have one too, as well as others on our staff who have lost weight and/or changed their lives and adopted a healthy lifestyle.

I am just curious, other than D.Anderson are there any SP staff members who were REALLY big, who have REALLY been there, and then got fit from adopting a healthy lifestyle?
