Go to your Start Page, Where you see Pounds Lost there is a link to change your goals.
In that section you'll see a Start Weight, Goal Weight and Goal Date.
This area will determine how many lbs per week depending on what you enter here.
Do the math to determine the rate you want to lose and enter this date in the Goal Date.
'Save' what you entered.
It may or may not change your calorie range when you go back to the Start Page.
