Hi HILLYLILLY

Go to your Start Page, Where you see Pounds Lost there is a link to change your goals.

In that section you'll see a Start Weight, Goal Weight and Goal Date.
This area will determine how many lbs per week depending on what you enter here.
Do the math to determine the rate you want to lose and enter this date in the Goal Date.
'Save' what you entered.
It may or may not change your calorie range when you go back to the Start Page.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the amount of weight loss per week to 2lbs per week? I was reading an article on SP that says if your BMI is over 30 (mine is 33) that you should aim for 2 lbs per week.

My calorie range is 1580-1860 per day with exercise of 6x per week at 50 minutes each. I don't know if this calorie range is for 1 lb or 2 lbs per week.

Thanks
