One of the truly awesome aspects of SparkPeople is to meet people who are unlike yourself that can offer you perspectives, techniques, and just plain ideas that you would not normally encounter. And, yet, they share with you a common goal of bettering themselves WRT nutrition, fitness, and wellness.
Because of this opportunity, I challenge myself and anyone out there who reads this to read one personal blog page (post) from someone new each week, and at least respond minimaly with an acknowledgement comment in TEXT (not just an emoticon).
