I am from Michigan U.S.A. and was watching the news that our Michigan Wolverines are going for championship. Worked out w/ exercising & walking took me 3hrs. & 23 min. and that was a workout. Walked 10,026 steps also. Today is Sunday and some of you are taking it easy but don't be too much couch-potato. Keep that blood flowing and get your pedometer working.
