I wish speedy recovery for your knee. Maybe you can use this healing time to focus on planning whole unprocessed nutrition. 80% of weight loss is about nutrition and sometimes we need exercise time outs when healing.

I'm so motivated this morning, however, my right knee is rebelling. It sucks. I had surgery a month ago today, and for some reason, I'm really swollen today. I may end up back at the docs, but it isn't hurting much, so I am still going to try to walk on the Gazelle, since it doesn't put pressure on my knees.
