That is something I need to do. I have such a horrible habit of slouching over the computer.
I even had a typing teacher that would walk around with a ruler and if you didn't have proper posture, she would smack you in the back with a ruler. And if your typing wasn't proper she would smack you on the knuckles. I don't know how she got away with hitting students. I hated her and should have told on her.

I'm not a sloucher thanks to years of music training. But it didn't stop me from having major back problems. They make me even more conscious of how I sit.
When my siblings and I were kids, if we slouched while sitting and Dad saw us we had a 3 foot wooden rule put down our backs to make us sit straight. He always said slouching causing back problems later in life. I am the youngest of 5, and am 60 years old.

It's sad to see women slouched over with their tatas hanging to their knees. It has to increase neck and back pain.
