Walked up the road and back. 44 minutes 2 miles. There were hills too.

Walked our dog for about 15 minutes.
Treadmill 32 minutes, 1.50 miles 2.5% to 3.0% incline.
Total 47 minutes of exercise. Total 1.50 miles.
I'm proud of my elf I jogged from my parents drive way to the top of my drive way which in slightly up hill. I thought pretty good for a start. Carrying over 100 lbs and jogging I would say it is. Going to keep doing it.

Starting weight is 233 as of today 4-8-14 (Tuesday).
My exercise minutes goal for 4-8-14 to 4-14-14 is 250 that's 45 minutes 5 days a week.
Walking --- 4 to 5 days a week. No less than 30 minutes. 2.50 to 3.00 miles when I do walk.
Steps --- 10,000 a day of just normal walking like at work and around the house. Exercise steps about 6,000 to 8,000.
I'm also going to be doing some workout videos at home, one of them is P90. House cleaning is part of my workout but I won't post that lol.
