Haven't posted in a while. Been walking a little but not as much as I should. Went to the dr. about a few weeks ago for blood work and it came back that my choresterol and triglyrides where way to high, so he put me on meds for that. I need to lose about 50 lbs to start off with my dr, said. I am now trying to watch what I eat now it's different cause I got to do it now.So some life changes is going on, I don't want to say diet cause they never work. My weigh in day is on Sunday and I will find out how I'm doing with weight lose then. I pray that I can do this.

emoticon walked for 45 minutes while I waited for my daughter to get out of cheer practice. No cokes today YAY ME!!! First day trying to cut back on them. weight was up on Sunday when I weighed in +4.

Thank ya'll. I'm doing prety good. I didn't lose any this week but I didn't gain which that is good. I only got to exercise about 3 days this week, so I got to get back at it. I have walked 3 times this week and I haven't done my P90 dvd in a while. But I'm fixing to walk on my treadmill before I get my shower.

My goal this week is to workout 4 to 5 days this week no less than 30 minutes. Try to eat better and to lose 2 lbs.

weighed this morning, I weighed 224 lost 6 lbs. Took a week off from exercise just lost my will to do any but I'm back at it now. Just got done walking outside for 30 minutes 6:04 - 6:34 pm. My daddy walked one lap with me really enjoyed that. Going to get the family to start walking in the evenings.Thank you Jesus for not letting me gain last week.

I have been sick for the past couple of days and haven't been able to workout, but planning on getting back at it. I weighed this morning and I have lost 4 lbs. Seeing that (even though some of that is from being sick) I'm going to try real hard and not let it come back. Now I have lost a total of 7 lbs since Feb 12 2013 my heaviest weight of 230 lbs. I'm in a better mood to start losing the rest one pound at a time.
The other day I put on facebook that while working out I looked at myself and I seen the big picture 100 lbs i need to lose and that's when I couldn't see the finish line which I guess in weight loss there is never a finish line, you just keep going. But with a few good comments I got I have to learn baby steps, one pound at a time and I didn't put this on over night,
I know with the workout plan I have got, sparklepeople, friends and family and the most important one is God on my side I can do this.

My workout plan is to do Power 90 5 to 6 days a week and walk on my treadmill.
My eating plan is to cut back on junk food. Eat healthier.
Cut back on Cokes and Even diet ones and drink more water.
I'm not going to cut any thing out right now just cut back until I get more in to it beacuse if I do I will give in and eat a whole bag of oreos. Portion sizes.
Also praying.

started power 90 on Sunday. Did 42 minutes of phase 1 sweat.
Monday power 90 36 minutes. firat workout vedio I have done that I like.

Today has been a good day I guess. I have only had one diet coke today. Been good good on that. Got to work in some exercises other than one day a week. I'm so tired from work today looks like an early nite tonight.

Weight today 227. I weighed this on Feb 1 then I ended up gaining 3 lbs and in 2 weeks I have been trying to cut back on cokes and diet ones too I have lost 3 lbs, so now I'm back to 227 was 230. Got to start exercising more than one day a week.

Now that my daughters games are over (she's a cheerleader for the middle school) I can now get focus on my weight loss again.

My goals for this week starting tomorrow Jan. 13 2013
1 to start my walking/exercising
2 watch what I eat.
3cut back on cokes even diet cokes
4 cut back on sweets.
5to lose 1-2 pounds this week.
6 to not eat out like I have been which it way to much.

I started my weight loss chaos on Jan 2013. I weighed in on Jan 1 2013 @226 lbs. I was going to the 1st but every time I do I fail so I picked the 3rd why then one reason My birthday is Oct 3 so that will give me 9 months to lose some weight before then, so maybe I can ask for some clothes for my birthday or buy some.

I'm starting my MY WEIGHT LOSS CHAOS ON JAN 3 2013 @ 226 LBS. emoticon emoticon emoticon
