I'm glad you are at 233# and not that awful 235# you had been. See it as a GREAT victory!!! Now, just don't quit. We have 134 days left in the year and then it will be JANUARY 1, 2015 so make that day a BIG win. Be on the ball each day and reap the rewards!!!

I have went over my calories, fat grams and carbs, but I am working on it. I will do better as time goes on and I am learning what to eat.
I did walk today while my daughter was at cheer practice, I walked for 1 hour and 14 minutes, total of 4.18 miles. I'm proud of myself for that.
My eating habits will get better I know as time goes on. limit fast food, sweets sugar, processed food, might not completely give them up but I will cut back on them.

Thank you COUNTRYJENN. I started today tracking what I am eating and it's over my limit. I did get in my walking today while I was waiting for my daughter to get out of cheer practice so it helped on the calories.

Great job Sherry. It's great that you're are stepping over 10,000 steps each day. In regards to your eating habits not changing...no sweat. My eating habits suck, I am just going to say that, or at least they did prior to a vacation. Recently I have been looking at mine and my husband's work schedule to see how many meals we will eat together or individually and plan accordingly and I have given up a life-long addiction of junk food (tear, not). I have limited my purchasing processed foods as much as possible, but not completely. You will get there. Congratulations on still losing the 1lb even though you're recovering from your injury. Keep it up!

For the past few months I have been walking, trying to get in 10,000 steps or more I have taken over 600,000 steps since June the 1st, but my eating hasnt change much, still eating junk. Last week I hurt my calf muscle, and I took a week off from walking until my leg gets better, I weighed this morning and I have lost 1 lb tis week. I don't really understand it, not doing any walking for exercising, I lost a pound and I haven't change my eating at all. I guess You need to take time off from exercising for a little while, to give your body a rest. I have still been walking 10,000 steps or more this week at work, but they say that don't count because it's something your body is use to but I do count it at the end of the day when I write it down. Today I'm going to the mall and I will be walking around there, but Monday I'm getting back to my walking for exercise and I'm thinking about starting to do some weights to strenght training at home and oh yeah do better on my eating, less junk food. TODAY'S WEIGHT 233 -2 LBS FROM MY HEAVIEST WEIGHT. NOW TO KEEP IT GOING!!!
