One trick I learned from another particular weight loss program is to allow yourself the craving if you want it. For example if the weekend is a problem for you then plan all the meals that you want to have on Saturday and Sunday in your food tracker ahead of time and them make a decision to eat all that food. If after you have eaten the food you are supposed to eat on the plan you still have a craving and want something else go an eat it. The trick is if you fill yourself with the nutritious food you are supposed to eat, your craving or desire to eat more may pass. Otherwise you may indulge less than you would if you just started your day with the food that you wanted over indulge upon. In other words, don't eat the chocolate cake first eat it last. And only after you have had everything that your body needs. I find it a challenge worth committing to because I have trained my mind to know how particular foods feel in my stomach when I eat too much of it, or when I eat it at the wrong time. Hi, If your all like me, and have problems on the weekends, then you came to the right place. I can stick to my diet all week with no problems at all. But, when the weekends come around, I'm so lost. I also have Sticks of Butter lost from my Body. On my sparkpage I have these groups. For each pound you loose, you also loose 4 sticks of butter. Example: I lost 5 lbs & 20 sticks of butter from my Body.
So, between the Sticks of Butter and the No Cheat Weekend *Go Boom* How can you loose??? A little punn on words. lol SHER
