I've never used it. However, I came close! What I sometimes do is use imagery to control my eating. Imagine that roaches are walking on your food! That does it for me, and it's a lot less expensive!

Yes, tried it last year. It appears to be only a food flavor enhancer like monosodium glutenate..lost nothing by using the product alone on food, only works works if consiously eating less food..I think that it ..a placebo effect. Pricey and not worth the money.

I'm wondering if anyone in our age group has tried SENSA. I ordered a 6-month kit yesterday. It sounds too good to be true, but after doing a lot of research on it, I find there's a lot of science behinds the product's success. I consider myself a shrewd consumer, but at the end of the day, the best measure of success is the people using the product. I'm excited to use it. It comes with a 60-day guarantee, so it would be no loss if I get nothing out of it. Please share your experiences or thoughts.
