I will try my best not to quit. That's what I use to do! emoticon But now I am staying on track as much as I can and I don't give up after a setback. I am determined to lose this weight! I know it isn't going to be as easy taking the pounds off as it was to put them on, but I will hang in there!

One mistake in your diet plan won't hurt as long as you don't make it a habit!!

Don't give up and quit like most people do. I find that I have to do Atkins in order for me to get any serious pounds off. But we each have to do what works for us.

Thanks, Allie. Yes, I too have come to realize that I am not perfect and that I don't need to quit after 1 setback! Today is a new day and I can start all over again! I know we can do this. Now if I can just get motivated to get off my a_ _ and start an exercise program!!!!

MY FAMOUS LAST WORDS ARE "NEVER GIVE UP"!!!! I TOO HAVE YO-YO'D SEEMS LIKE 4-EVER AND NOW EVEN WHEN I DO GO BACK A FEW STEPS I TRY NOT TO BEAT MYSELF UP!!! THIS SPARK PEOPLE TO ME IS NOT A DIET BUT A LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT CHANGE!!! I have been trying and trying to lose weight, but just plain do the yo-yo thing. This time is going to be different. I am not following any particular diet but am going to try to watch how much I eat! Paying close attention to serving sizes on packages and recipes. Going to stay within calorie, fat, fiber etc. limits of SP suggestions. Seems to be working as I am on a losing path!!!! Some days I screw up but most days are right on key. I will try harder this week!
