I love what you said. I have osteoarthitis and was told I'd never run again. I just didn't accept it o and ran by accident and nothing bad happened. I refuse to give up what I love so much but the door was so negative I rebelled. Running was my love for years and I never worried about injuries but I was fearful of damaging myself. But without my natural high I am miserable and wonder if anonyone else has refused to take no for an answer. Am being dumb? very new at this, I love the posts and inspirations. My favorite quote these days are don't quit quitting.

So, I headed out today for a run/jog (I am not a runner) on my normal 1.8 mile dog-walking loop, fully expecting to fail before I made it half way. But I made it all the way around feeling good, so I went for a second loop. I completed a 3.6 mile run without stopping! Yay, me!
The whole way I kept saying to myself "I can't wait to have a WOO HOO to post on SparkPeople!"
