Everyone's feet are different, and you should go to a running store and get fitted.

You should go to a running store and get fitted for running sneakers. They'll watch you run and determine which shoes are best for you based on gait, arch, etc.

After reading about so many spark folks doing the couch to 5k that I am inspired to try. However, being a beginner without proper footwear, does anyone have a recommendation for the appropriate shoe (brand) for a female? Thanks in advance!
