i am like the others..............when i run out of energy i am usually hungry and bored so i get up and walk around my office for at least 5 minutes and grab a yogurt or such that feels like dessert and provides some much needed nutrition
High fat, moderate protein and 8 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit. It keeps me full for a long time, tastes amazing and prevents the blood sugar high and low roller coaster by eating this way.
