I Spin, do yoga, lift weights and walk for cross-training. I really need some variety in order to not get bored. Good luck!

When I had access to a gym my cross-training consisted of spinning, swimming, and the ellipital. Now I just do vinyasa (power) yoga and pilates since I no longer belong to a gym and don't have a bike.

I lift weights and do my cardio on an elliptical trainer during the winter. When the weather is nice, I ride my bike.

Thanks, Bruce

Good Morning! I am starting the running program this weekend and am wondering, what do you do for the cross-training days? Any info would be GREAT! Thank you in advance!
