I Spin, do yoga, lift weights and walk for cross-training. I really need some variety in order to not get bored. Good luck!

When I had access to a gym my cross-training consisted of spinning, swimming, and the ellipital. Now I just do vinyasa (power) yoga and pilates since I no longer belong to a gym and don't have a bike.

I lift weights and do my cardio on an elliptical trainer during the winter. When the weather is nice, I ride my bike.

If you're looking for cross-training cardio ideas, those could include biking, ellpitical, swimming- any other exercise you enjoy. Here's an article you might find helpful:
