Just wanted to say how proud of myself I am for sticking with exercising and healthy eating at this time of year! Yesterday was a day of eating. According to my calculations, I was still at the low end of my calorie range -- that's probably inaccurate, but I'm still proud that I managed not to stuff myself, not eat treats that I don't love (for example, I gave my husband half my lemon bar after I determined it was OK but not great), etc. And I'm exercising! Yesterday the gym was closed, so I went for a run (which is not easy for me) and I managed to run for 15 minutes without a walk break! Very very proud of that. Today to the gym for cardio and weights.
I don't know if I've lost any weight recently (in fact, I feel like my clothes look worse, but because they're loose, so maybe that's a good sign) but I'm proud of my perseverance. So whatever the scale says, I consider it a success.
