I am in the 4th week and completed the second day of training the the 5 K walk/job virtual race. I bought new running shoes for the training. I followed the advise of experienced runners and bought shoes a 1/2 size bigger then I normally wear. The problem is I am going to loose one of my toe nails. I think it is from jamming the tip of my shoe. Any suggestions on how to not loose any more toenails?
