Joined this a while back haven't quite been able to commit, i know its a personal decision and you must drive yourself. but it's been incredibly difficult. started going to the gym again this week, went Monday and Tuesday, decided to take today (Wednesday) off. I'm feeling really down and really afraid but i hope that i can commit to this. it's tough sometimes when life's events happen and you don't know what you should focus on. i know i should focus on me though i know that's the right thing to do . Here's hoping for a better me by 2014.
