Well, here we go again. I did this last year and lost about 20 lbs just by tracking my calories and being more aware of my food choices. I have managed to keep most of that weight off, not exactly sure how though as I have reverted to my old ways of poor eating habits and no exercise. I'd like to lose another 40 lbs. I just started the SparkCoach program yesterday so hopefully that will give me the jump start I need. I am having a hard time getting back into the swing of things, counting calories and exercising again. Guess I should quit making excuses and just start doing, huh? Ready, set, GO!!
