Strength training!!! You would be amazed by how much harder you can push yourself once you build up your core especially. Planks will do wonders! I also do pole fitness which helps build a lot of strength. Roller derby will provide all the cardio you need! I have been derbying for 3 years and been skating for 10+ years.

Our team is definately working on our endurance during practices and i am trying to add some extra at home. I am also trying to build my core and increase my agility.
