I am a 65 year old grandmother with 4 wonderful grandkids. Looking forward to my senior days watching them grow and age to adulthood. I have been overweight since my youth and up and down the scales forever. Fighting with diabetes, my life has to change. I have 3 months to prove to my doctor I am serious and want to drop some weight and bring my diabetes count down or I start the SHOTS. OMG I refuse to let this disease beat me. I am scared, frustrated but determined to win. I am on day six and following the diabetes program to the T. Wish me luck, and God Bless all you winners that are working yourselves to reach your goals. Whether they are short term or long term, we all need support. I guess at my age goals are short term.
