I had a small set back this week i had mussel spumes in my back,but i dident let that stop me one way or the other i was going to do my work out ,so what i did was set on my bike and peddled for a hour set on my deck ware there a will there a way and i dident put any strain on my lower back I'm dubbed whinnied copd and arithis of the spin but I'm getting back in to shape
