I have done the first month cardio and toning for the last 4 days. I never woke up the next morning with sore muscles and never got out of breath. lol... So this week I will be adding the challenge video in with the other two. So far I have enjoyed them!

I have been a faithful follower of Richard since I have been a small child. I have always loved him. I have always thought his programs were great. I will check into this one too!

i was looking into this one as well. I also wouldn't do the food mover since I have more of a plant based diet. I have no problems with his workouts. Good luck.

he's been around for a long time and help lots of people. I remember seeing Richard Simmons on General Hospital!

Got my project hope package in the mail yesterday! I am excited to start this exercise program. I need to loose about 20lbs, but will be happy just to tone or loose inches. I am not using the food mover that comes with this kit. I will doing weight watchers cause im used to the program and to me its easier to count points.
