Food as a reward is a no no for me. Here are mine:
5 lbs - new sneakers 10 lbs - eyebrow wax 15 lbs - manicure 25 lbs- mani & pedi 35 lbs - facial 46 lbs - massage (20% of my starting weight) 55 lbs - new lingerie and work out clothes 65 lbs - spa day
It's fun to have these little rewards waiting for me at each milestone.

Clothes! I'm basically having to rebuild my wardrobe after losing a lot of weight, so I reward myself with buying new clothes. They're never expensive, I shop clearance racks at the outlet mall or at places like Target or H&M.

Yes, I always rewarded myself with food. It was a learned behavior from childhood.
I reward myself with things I want, but don't need.
My latest reward when I reach my goal weight is a new Under Armour gym bag :)
Some of my past rewards have been... a Fitbit, a new pair of shoes, an eReader sleeve, a new purse, an extra personal training session and so on. I use the $$ rewards for milestones. I use "free" rewards every day (bubble bath, foot soak, painting my nails)

I work extremely hard and I've always used food as a reward. Finish an assignment = piece of chocolate. A on an exam = cheeseburger. While I think that treats are okay in moderation, these rewards have really been adding up. Did anyone else used to do this? What do you give yourself as a reward now?
