Long story short, a few years back, a knee injury helped me gain 30lbs and then I found SparkPeople. I didn't stick with the program because I felt to busy to track everything and check in daily. Fast forward 4 yrs and not only do I have another knee injury but I've tacked on another 30 lbs.
I'm now looking at the daunting task of losing 100 pounds! No visions of grandeur here but just hoping to take it one day at a time.
