I am hoping that by using the community tools I will stay on top of things! Going to water aerobics this morning...much more time to work out during the summer months when I don't work:) Have a great day and thanks for responding.

Hello Spark Friends,
I am a divorce mother of two boys, I been on Sparks before back in Nov 2011, I was not really active on here, I was going looking around. I try other site before, they help but not that kind of support I am looking for it was more like track food, exercise, reading the post etc....
This time I really involve on Sparks this is my third day, I am looking for support to keep me on my toes.
