I have used SP in the past and had great results. Unfortunately my mental health took a turn for the worse between September and this month. I'm finally feeling better after a hospital stay. Now it's time to get back on track and lose all the weight that I already lost plus 5 pounds. I'm really looking forward to it. I started a new workout program today and have been back to eating healthy since Saturday, although yesterday I had a rough day. I'm feeling very optimistic. I look forward to getting to know you all!
