Hello, my name is Michelle. I was a member in 2011 and followed the program for about 6 months and lost about 15 pounds which I was happy about. I am returning now because I have gained a lot of weight since I hurt my back and hopefully I can slowly get started slowly. Please add me as a friend because I can use all the support I can get
