You have taken the first step to a slimmer, fitter you! There is so much here to help you reach your goals and keep you motivated- one good way is joining a few Sparkteams and using the community boards to interact with others with goals similar to your own. Start a sparkpage, write a blog- I find writing everything keeps me accountable a lot easier...

I'm here again to lose these love handles and tone my body. I have complete 2 weeks of jump start and feeling great.
