I think I should, though I may need to find someone closer. She was about an hour away and it became impossible to keep going.

Is it possible for you to schedule another appointment with your nutritionist? Normally I'd say you're not eating enough, but given your medical history, your doctor or RD would be more qualified to give you this advice.

I agree that is just not enough for you, my range goes up to 1600 and that is probably too low for as much as I work out.

I put in my calories manually based on the information I had from my nutritionist from when I had the Gastric Sleeve done. I was subsiding for a long time on 900-1100 calories and losing weight, but then I just hit this big stall, went off plan for a while in frustration, and now went back to the advice they originally gave me.

You are definitely not eating enough, and that could easily be the reason you're not losing weight. What kind of calorie range does SparkPeople give you?

So... I am back to doing some exercise, eating healthy (though did have one off day), drinking water, and tracking my food. My weight loss the first 1.5 weeks back on plan (South Beach) was nice and quick, but then I stalled again at 211. This is exactly where I stalled last time back in October (and when I got so frustrated had a 3 month and 12 pound binge). I am SO CLOSE to my next goal of getting below 200lbs and it is VERY frustrating I cannot seem to get over this hump.

SO - to my point - I have been reading up on what might be causing my stall and found info on the RMR. Mine according to several RMR calculators (I just did a Google search and tried a few) my RMR varies from 1685 to 2106... average is 1798.

So if I am eating about 1000-1200 calories per day... is this is not enough for weight/fat loss?
How do I know or find out what I should be eating?
Is there a way to find out my RMR accurately?
