I completely understand where you are right now. My body has been telling me "enough is enough" for quite a while, and about a month ago, I hit my all time high of 264 pounds. I felt as though I would just burst out of my own skin! But I'm here again to try once more to get healthy! So I wish you the very best, and am here to say, that you can do it! :)

I have been falling off the wagon constantly for too long, and this morning's weight at my scale is the heaviest ever. I didn't need to weigh myself, my hips and knees and legs have been trying to tell me this can't go on, but I haven't been paying enough attention.

So starting with small steps - drink my water and make much better choices in good nutritious foods. My walking is limited to short walks because of the pain of the legs, so the best I can do is watch my food intake. Am I right in thinking this?

I am going to use the phrase I read in someone else's post I read this morning - start slow so I can go fast! And I will track my meals on this site to keep me accountable.

I wish each and everyone of us a truly successful day in whatever goal you have made. If we can do obtain success today, perhaps we can go for Day # 2 tomorrow!
