I'm re-starting over, too, and am so glad to find this particular Board. I've tried a few different things since leaving SP, but - surprise! -- you have to actually WORK a program in order for it to work. So I'm back, hoping to stick with it every day.

If you can do it one day, you can do it 2 days. If you can do it 3 days, you can do it 4. Etc.
Today is all we have. No need to worry about the future, just make healthy choices and track today!

Hey there....and welcome back. I too am just coming back after doing well here, I started to let things slide and weight crept back up on me. Staying focused and trying hard. Taking it day to day.
Welcome back. You've taken your first step to a healthier you. I just came back on October 20th of this year. Since then, I have lost17.8 pounds. Mind you, the last time I was with Spark People, I lost 15 lbs in 6 months. What's the difference? I had to find what worked for me. I found a big key is fiber and protein. I replaced most of my beloved diet pop for Targets Market Pantry flavored sparkling water. I hope you find your way to a healthier you. Bravo for you to get a jump on it before the new year.

I was going pretty strong with Sparkpeople for a while, and just lost motivation because of other things going on in life. Started back up today! Hope to stick with it this time
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
