Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

You can do this! I've started up many times before.
Feel free to add my on FB for support there as well. I have a lot of friends on FB that are from Spark. We help hold eachother accountable on there as well (which helps bc I'm on FB a lot). You can find my weight loss journey on FB. It provides a lot of support, motivation, diet and exercise tips etc!

I have decided once again it is time to lose weight and get healthy. I have done it before sometimes successfully but most of the times not so much. I don't know what I will do to make this time different, except make a plan to increase my exercise, go shopping and fill my cupboards with healthy eating options and work each day to meet my goals. I will utilize the Sparkspeople site to track my progress, get healthy recipes and inspire me to stick to the plan.
