Feel free to add my on FB for support there as well. I have a lot of friends on FB that are from Spark. We help hold eachother accountable on there as well (which helps bc I'm on FB a lot). I have decided once again it is time to lose weight and get healthy. I have done it before sometimes successfully but most of the times not so much. I don't know what I will do to make this time different, except make a plan to increase my exercise, go shopping and fill my cupboards with healthy eating options and work each day to meet my goals. I will utilize the Sparkspeople site to track my progress, get healthy recipes and inspire me to stick to the plan.
