COUNTRY_QT, that sounds yummy! I'll have to try it On the days I want all the junk in site I go with tea, usually hot mint with a bit of splenda.

Any salty, flavor rich food is my downfall. I have been cooking squash/mushrooms with garlic, a little broth, and a little Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light - seems to do the trick for me! A huge plateful is about 150 calories and really fills me up with lots of yummy flavor :-)
This is something I would never even have thought to eat before!

I have been very tempted today for some strange reason. I woke up wanting a huge cup of coffee, full of sweet calorie-laden flavored creamer. I didn't drink that however....had water & was good. Now that i've eaten a healthy lunch & have a few minutes before heading off to pick kids up from school, I find my mind wandering to the bag of HUGE marshmallows in the pantry. These aren't any ordinary marshmallows either....just 1 is the equal of 4 large. I will win this battle by munching on some frozen grapes! So my question is----what is your 1 temptation that tries to overpower you?
