If you go to the Spark team Resiastance Band and Bodyweight Training you will find hyperlinks to a variety of programs, both video and text with pictures. Some of the videos can be downloaded and all of the text and picture ones can be copied and printed. The web site has a wide variety of videos using resistance bands.

Hi there! Spark has A TON of resistance band exercise videos and print outs. Type "resistance band workout" in the search box on the top of the screen and you will get many results, some of which are videos, others which you can print out.

Good luck!

Looking for help with suggestions for using resistance bands.
Video resources ok but something I can bookmark or, even better,
print out for easy/quick reference is great. All I have is this tiny fold out
piece of paper I need a magnifier for
I just want to get to the exercise without all the technology and reading glasses.
