Almost any exercise that you would use weights for you can substitute using a resistance band for. They are fantastic and you can build some great muscle with them just by choking up on the band to make it tougher. I've even used them for core training and felt a good burn with that.

Go the Spark team Resistance band and bodyweight training to find workouts there are hyperlinks to several in the general discussion forum. You will also find people who use them and have experience in their use and functionality.

Look up some of Coach Nicole's workout videos......she uses bands in some of them.

Today I bought the Reebok braided resistance cord. It came with a CD containing two workouts. Does anyone have any suggestions for using resistance bands?
